3D scanning & modeling allows clients to easily see what they're getting.
Sub-trades can see how the details fit together without interpretation.
The 3D model then gets output as blueprints, saving time on drafting work.
The models can also be used for CNC millwork and pre-fabrication while work continues on site, shortening the overall time-line.
Construction + Management

We use Time and Task Tracking apps, and a cloud based Documenting & Safety Program so that the maximum amount of detail is monitored for the least amount of effort.

Sealing + Maintenance
We highly recommend sealing your new concrete, as it extends the life and beauty of your project, protecting against stains, and making cleaning much quicker and easier.
Concrete isn't as impervious as people think, mildew and moss grow on damp concrete, rooting into microscopic pores. Especially in shady areas facing away from the sun.
Permanent stains can be left by leaves, pine needles, oil, rust, coffee & wine.
Weathering causes un-sealed concrete to start looking sand-blasted after ~5 years as the cement washes away, leaving the sand exposed. After ~10 years without sealer the stone aggregate starts to appear, making the concrete look like park benches.
Re-sealing at regular intervals can prevent this erosion and keep your concrete looking it's best.
Sealers are available in High-gloss, Semi-gloss, Satin and Matte.
